Review of Mike in Maintenance

My washing machine stopped working correctly, and Mike came to check it on a Friday. He returned on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to utilize a computer to check all the washer's functions. He was great to work with and didn't stop until the washer was running properly. Even though they were busy with general apartment maintenance, he took the time to make sure the work on the washer was finished.

I work from home some days, and my upstairs neighbor seems to have a workout doing some meetings; however, it will not last long, just very loud
