    Moving into my first apartment was such an exciting, new change and my roommate and I couldn’t have picked a better complex. The clean, modern layout and appliances gives us the fresh new start we were seeking. After our first week, I couldn’t be more pleased with Karesa and her staff! My shower wasn’t draining fully so after placing a maintenance request (super easy on resident portal), we were helped within the hour! Although being on the 3rd floor was a worry at first, the trash valet is such a nice service offered most days that take one less trip for us. I’m eager to see some of the updates made to the gym but until then, it’s nice to have some machines and free weights offered within the leasing office. 10/10 would recommend.

    We felt like we were at home from the moment we walked in the office, there is a very kind and helpful staff, many amenities, and and overall nice place to live. Karesa helped us find our apartment and has answered all 1,000 questions I’ve asked since we moved in, I definitely recommend these apartments.
