Great Location with abundant green space

Easily one of the nicest properties in Louisville. The location is fantastic, close to shops, parks and transit. Appointments, staff and grounds all top tier. Highly recommend for families - close to schools and surrounded by safe neighborhoods. Great sense of community, an expansive pool and abundant opportunity for socializing. A must consider for anyone seeking apartment living in Louisville!

Overall a good place to live.

Mature trees. Good location. Some years we have maintenance issues, but current staff working to correct. Lots of issues with the valet trash removal service so we probably should get discounts for the times they don't pick up. Renovations of vacant units have been underway but I would rather have paint and a new carpet that a renovations. Like the older units better than renovated ones. Lots of staff turnover.

Value for Money

It is a nice place to live, Plenty of parking space and a good place to have evening walks. Maintenance takes time and is not as quick as it used to be. If you are looking for a decent square feet for a good price the this is the place.
