Close to Medical School, But A LOT of foot traffic outside

Once inside the apartment, the space is adequate for one person. Lots of noise from foot traffic and drive thru. Parking spots often taking by cars that should not be there. I also know of three people in building that have had their cars hit or broken into while in designated parking.
