The grounds are not kept up. Many things need repaired and are potential safety hazards, such as the stairs and the leaking and the mold. Cost to live here keeps going up but things aren't getting fixed.

Office staff is rude and rarely available. Building is falling apart everyone complains of leaks and there isn't enough maintenance staff to get things fixed.

There are no complaints, I think this is the perfect place to live if you enjoy socializing but still having the privacy and quiet when needed. Residents are great and respectful, amenities are absolutely worth the value. Slightly out of date but in Wichita it is hard to find apartments that are up to date/uxury/modern without paying an arm and a leg.

There are a lot of positives to this property. The traffic noise is inconsiderate because you are downtown. The building claims to be quiet but you can hear your upstairs neighbors stomping around. Maintenace is hard to get addressed unless urgent and management isn't always the friendliest. The in unit amenities and people who live here are what make the property worth it.

Great area (in downtown Wichita but not near all the bars) with pretty good amenities. The pool is freezing due to being above a parking garage but it's nice. Overall good place to live.
