Over the last 10 years the property has received replaced shingles the parking was painted twice, buildings painted 8 years ago. Chimneys inspected and cleaned 2 times. We had the stairs replaced over an 18-month period that ended in Feb, very little property upkeep or lawn service since that started so over2 years without cleaning up from the wreckage caused from construction. Such a mess for 2 years now. No improvements to the apartments since built. Need updated they are worn out. Not worth the rent charged now. they are for sure not market valued at what market price we are charged for them. Market price keeps going up and nothing for improvements or updating. For sure not worth it. The rent goes up you need to increase the deposit and the pet deposits. stop charging you long time tenants for the repairs for the short stay people with pets that wreck the apartments. Rent is too high now. Increasing it for nothing changed and no sprinklers no lawn no curb appeal potholes in the drives no lines on the parking you can't see them to park. The lakes that form in the main entrance and the drive at building 7 grow bigger every year and take at least a week to dry up after a rain, and longer with snow. The water stands from curb to curb with no were to walk without ankle deep water or higher for more that 30 hrs. after rain. you can't walk along the apartment because all the cement and no grass it's a slippery mess. The dog poop is all over the property people do not pick it up. People rob you blind at night. The response time of the security company is from one or two hours no matter what you call for. The railroad ties are rotted away the ground has wash out holes a child can fall in and not be seen. One of the lawn service people fell in one last summer over next to the pool. So, the property keeps going downhill & the rent has gone up all but 1 year that I have lived here for 10yrs. I would rather have double rent and get an updated apartment with curb appeal.

Amazing place to live definitely provides security, comfort and a relaxing environment. My most favorite thing is the lake and River nearby provide a beautiful scenery with lots of nature to see!
