Arlington Green (Indy Town)

So far it's a winner I would like to have a maintenance technician to look at my heating unit

It’s gotten better but it still is overpriced and

It is dark and not well lit.there is alot of activities going in all throughout the nights. Buildings need routine cleaning as well as ground keeping

It's ok. The apartment is updated just the hallways and parking lot.

Good good and freshly touched up new carpet fresh paint the maintenance team was professional the parking lot could stand to be cleaned a little better especially around the trash bin the grass is freshly cut the stairwells can stand to be swept every other Day based upon people throwing cigarette butts throwing trash and cigarette butts could you use a trash can inside the building not sure if the laundry room is up and running call to do my laundry at my grandma's house so hopefully it's working up and running the handrails can stand to be wiped down that will help eliminate a lot of germs and keep from spreading a lot of germs the lighting is good in the hallway and the doors was fixed that was a good thing not much else I can say other than living there in Arlington Green has been quite an experience for me that is the dog park the dog park needs better lighting for nighttime dog walks to ensure the safety and security of the pet owner and the pet haven't been seen any security late anymore illegally Park parked cars should be ticketed by the owner if they do not have a valid sticker to be parked there the parking lines need to be repainted the trash being used to be cleaned to keep the smell down p from when it's full
