Amazing Apartments

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and this apartment has been nothing short of amazing. This is the perfect place to experience city living without having the bustle of it right outside your window. The apartments are very spacious for the price, and all the staff has been so helpful with the move-in process. Within an hour of submitting a maintenance request, they were here to fix the issue and were incredibly thorough. There is so much to do within walking distance, and having canal access is a great perk. Overall, I cannot recommend this place more!

Great place near downtown

I have lived here for 4 years now and I continue enjoy this location on the canal which is a beautiful location. It's also one of the most economical apartments on the canal!

Pretty good but needs updates

I've been a long time resident. Most things are pretty good, like the location, safety (I'm inside the gated area) and parking. Maintenance is usually pretty fast after submitting a request. I will say that the as far as amenities are concerned, there definitely needs to be an update. My biggest issue is the fact that management is almost always mixed up when reaching out about things like any issues or leasing questions, when everyone needs to be on the same page. Apart from that, the front gate entry box definitely needs to be updated. In the years that i've been a resident, it seems like a simple thing to have fixed as it's the entry point to the apartment gated area and having to always go all the way to the gate to open it with a small remote is in NO way convenient to anyone.

Great Place

A beautiful apartment with great access to the canal. Maintenance is extremely responsive to request and all issues have been easily resolved. Very secure complex with gated parking and codes for each building. Have loved living here.
