    747 is a greag apartment complex with an even better location. Rooms are spacious and complex is clean. Great spot!

    Great experience overall! Best part is the staff (both maintenance and managers including the GM). Location and design really well thought out. Doors and windows could use some rethinking, but overall quality is solid.

    This is a perfect location to get to everything downtown. The views from our apartment are fantastic. Maintenance and the office are very quick to respond to any issues that come up.
