Amazing location!!

I have lived in Quincy Station for more than a year and love everything about it, especially the property manager, Cara (and her dogs)! The place has a very sleek look to it and a great color palette. Despite having lots of dogs, the sound insulation between rooms is amazing. It's really close to the train station and has a lot of cute restaurants within walking distance. It's a safe neighborhood perfect for everyone. Definitely consider if you're looking for an apartment!

I love living in Quincy Station! It embodies the crossroads of modern living, comfort and community. Sleek Aesthetic: The clean lines and minimalist design create an elegant ambiance. Whether you’re a minimalist at heart or simply appreciate contemporary aesthetics, Quincy Station delivers. Club Room on the 5th Floor: There is a large kitchenette, outdoor patio grills, a pool table, a dartboard, and even a wall Scrabble board! Fitness Room: The 5th-floor gym has lots of free weights, treadmills, and an interactive Echelon workout unit on the wall. There is also an infrared sauna. Exceptional Property Managers: They’re like the heartbeat of Quincy Station. Always positive, always attentive. Their warmth makes this place feel like a community. They host nice monthly events for residents and go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable here. Dog-Friendly Vibes: If you’re a dog lover, you’re in for a treat. It’s a pet-friendly haven and you're always going to meet dogs roaming the hallways with their resident companions. Location: Conveniently situated right in front of a Metro station, Quincy Station offers easy access to downtown Chicago and other suburbs. There are also nice restaurants all around, and seasonal events in the local Westmont community.

A great place to call home

I've lived at Quincy Station since November 2022, moving here from Los Angeles, CA. My move had to be a pretty quick turnaround and I rented the place sight unseen as a result. Naturally you would imagine this would be concerning, right? Wrong. Cara was such a wonderful and helpful collaborator. She helped me and was understanding of my needs. Just so wonderful. During my time here I've had a couple of unfortunate incidents regarding my car in the garage. It resulted in some damage. You'd imagine that would send me through the roof and I'd be done with the property, right? Wrong again. Cara and then Aaliyah were so helpful and accomodating, I never had a worry. Their main goal was to make sure they did right by me, and I have ZERO complaints. If I have a concern, I talk to them and we work it out. Simple. Edgar and Chris, the maintenance team, are two of the nicest guys you could ever meet. They bust their tails keeping up the property. And let's not ever forget, Bernie and Penny, two of the most lovable office mascots EVER! Yes the rent is a bit pricey, but given the quality of the property, the amenities, the staff, and the security, I feel like I'm getting my values worth. Whether you stay for 6 months to a year, I don't think you'll regret it. I don't. Welcome home indeed.
