The elevator is CONSTANTLY BROKEN. Rent is raised almost $200 per month and don't even have a working elevator. They focus on painting the stairwells, power washing the garage, pool parties, and re-decorating the lobby with expensive furniture, You have to pay to make photocopies or to print anything from the computer. This should be free considering our rent is paying for all the new decorations.

I love living here. But find it completely ridiculous to charge you to make a copy, scan or fax considering how much we pay in rent. Walls are pretty thin. You can here every word from every apartment all lthe way down the hall.

Loudest place ever. Apartments must be made of swiss cheese. You can hear every conversation in every apartment as you are walking down the hall. Can hear conversations from unit across from you even while you are in your own unit. I have lived all over the country and never experienced this.
