As long as you have no expectations regarding the management company, the cleanliness of the common areas or the fact that your rent will not increase every year then this is the place for you!

Great location, never cleaned

The laundry room and back stairs are never cleaned - ever. The front stairs are cleaned about twice a year. But in apartment maintenance is good - fast and quality. It's mostly quiet, but you can hear other tenants if they are mildly loud. Most folks stay quite. Neighbors are nice.
