I really love the apartment and the location. My only comment would be the basement, parking lot, and front and back stairways not not very clean or kept clean.

My experience living at this apartment has been okay. Parking has not been the worst & living by the water has been the best! The neighborhood is peaceful. However, you can tell that whoever worked on the apartment did a poor job. From the taping & patching, to the chips in the paint. Also this building is so old there is nothing in the ceiling that covers noise reduction. I can hear everything that goes on upstairs which is very annoying. I pay my money to be at peace inside of my apartment abd I havent been.

No one at this management company ever picks up a phone or even returns calls. Building engineer is forgetful and frequently rude. Waited several months for a major maintenance need in my unit. Also took them 11 months to fix the shared washer in the laundry room after several complaints. Do not expect a helpful staff. You would be lucky to reach someone other than voicemails.

HUD apartments and vrbo vacation rentals in building. People smoking weed inside, cops there because of problems and convcted felon Timothy in building. Bad maintenance and no parking but rent is super high
