Great service but no amenities. Older bldg but near the lake.

Building has pretty good amenities however some of the fixtures inside the units are quite old. Fans creak and don't produce much cooling and the blinds allow tons of light end plus their plastic slats are brittle and break randomly. That said the location is incredible and the building owners are quite responsive when you do reach out so overall a great value if location is a top priority.

Great area in Evanston. Lakes is close by. Just keep in mind the building is old, so you can't expect to have built in laundry and gym. Parking is street parking which forces us to walk, which is indirectly healthy. Overall great.
