I have been living here for three months. The apartment is excellent. The location is perfect within 5 minutes to the Main station where we can take the metro and the Metra. The trip to Chicago in Metra takes only 20 minutes. We are also near the 213 bus and the northwestern's intercampus bus stops. The building is beautiful, and the apartment has an excellent distribution. The maintenance team is friendly and has responded quickly to our requests. Lincoln elementary school is half a block from the building. Some appliances in the kitchen are old but work perfectly, the oven heat very fast, the fridge is spacious, the dishwasher works well. My family and I will coin lovely memories here.

Prompt maintenance but sometimes choose to put a bandaid on a more serious problem which then needs to be fixed over and over again. Very nice location and aesthetically pleasing building, gives me some leeway on late rent which has been helpful. I wish I could be allowed to permanently change my rent date to a day that better suits my pay schedule and thus not incur a late fee every month.
