Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

We're happy here!

We've lived here for 40+ years. This is a beautiful, walkable neighborhood and town, and the lake is close by. Sally (property mgr) and Vanko (maintenance man) are friendly and wonderfully efficient.

Awesome building with great neighbors in a quiet neighborhoo

Its been excellent living here. The building is super quiet compared to most apartments. The amenities here are incredible. The staff and neighbors are very nice. Its a very diverse culture that lives here.
