Documentation from a veterinarian stating breed, weight, and vaccination records is required. Photo of animal is required. Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. We've lived here for 40+ years. This is a beautiful, walkable neighborhood and town, and the lake is close by. Sally (property mgr) and Vanko (maintenance man) are friendly and wonderfully efficient.

Its been excellent living here. The building is super quiet compared to most apartments. The amenities here are incredible. The staff and neighbors are very nice. Its a very diverse culture that lives here.
