Documentation from a veterinarian stating breed, weight, and vaccination records is required. Photo of animal is required. Owner is responsible for picking up after their animal; violators can be fined up to $100 per occurrence. Cats and Dogs are the only animals permitted on the premises. Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

Why Renters Love It Here

Residents appreciate the Main Station Apartments for its nice apartments and wonderful, friendly staff. The property is conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of the lake, restaurants, and retail stores. Renters find it to be a great place to live and some are planning to renew their leases.

We've lived here for 40+ years. This is a beautiful, walkable neighborhood and town, and the lake is close by. Sally (property mgr) and Vanko (maintenance man) are friendly and wonderfully efficient.

Awesome building with great neighbors in a quiet neighborhoo

Its been excellent living here. The building is super quiet compared to most apartments. The amenities here are incredible. The staff and neighbors are very nice. Its a very diverse culture that lives here.

Main Station Apartments is conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance. Of the lake besides restaurants and retail stores. The building is filled and staffed with very friendly people.
