Any unregistered animals discovered may result in a fine of up to $500. Guest animals are not permitted on the premises. Exotic animals are prohibited.

Its been excellent living here. The building is super quiet compared to most apartments. The amenities here are incredible. The staff and neighbors are very nice. Its a very diverse culture that lives here.

Main Station Apartments is conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance. Of the lake besides restaurants and retail stores. The building is filled and staffed with very friendly people.

Good location, too many problems

Cons: Good location, friendly staff Cons: Too much noise from landscape people (every day during spring and summer....no regards for noise levels); too many residents with mental health issues (noise, threats, cursing, smoking), rent amount could be a bit lower.
