By the prices we're paying to live in this building, some basic upgrades and amenity improvements could be expected. The carpet is old and smelly: replace it! You can barely make it through the front door without fumbling over residents' Amazon packages and day old Uber Eats delivery: have a package room inside the building or hire a front desk person to manage the building. Stepping into the gym is like stepping back in time with the outdate equipment: replace the equipment!

Of course it happened over the holiday. My bathtub faucet started running continuously. Turbo & Will got to the repair as soon as possible. They had a lot of snow to remove.
