Timeliness of the repair on the windows seems stagnant

Really convenient location, good exercise room. Windows let some cold in during winter and sometimes hot water is down, but that's always quickly addressed. Staff are always polite and responsive. In-apartment amenities work great. Building is taken care of and it shows.

By the prices we're paying to live in this building, some basic upgrades and amenity improvements could be expected. The carpet is old and smelly: replace it! You can barely make it through the front door without fumbling over residents' Amazon packages and day old Uber Eats delivery: have a package room inside the building or hire a front desk person to manage the building. Stepping into the gym is like stepping back in time with the outdate equipment: replace the equipment!
