Environmental Rounds

Property managers and maintenance should conduct evaluations of the building frequently. Daily for on site staff, weekly for off site staff. Walk all areas of the building and observe for issues to be addressed. Water idamage issues abound. The longer its unaddressed thd more damage. Both the the physical building and thd managements reputarion amongst the residents. Be proactive when you notice an issue during the rounds and update residents! Get in the habit of responding with actions taken regarding concerns mentioned in online reviews. Not just the cut and paste “your feedback is important…contact us”.

So much potential

Location is great. Shared laundry room has had two broken down washers for a year now. They got replaced recently but the new ones still aren't running, defeats the point. Building manager is quick to fix things though, he's great. Property management lags behind a lot
