Love Parkline

Great building, nice staff who always welcome you home. Maintenance is always on top of it and available to help with any issues (only have had minor ones so far). The building common amenity spaces on the 18th floor can get noisy mostly due to the lound air vents that turn on and off randomly (can be distracting when on calls and studying). For the amenities, the gym is really nice but i wish there were Pelotons available - especially for the price point we are paying. Also the Internet on the 18th floor is VERY unreliable and inconsistent which makes the space almost unusable for important work.

Beautiful space in the heart of the city

The building is new and offers modern and luxurious feel. The amenities are great. Location is great, and very accessible by the transit system. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to live downtown/

Luxury Loop Apartments

Parkline features contmeporary design elements, friendly staff, and good community events. The fact that it is a smaller building makes it more intimate, and it has one of the shortest elevator wait times among Loop residential buildings. Parking is expensive, however, and there is no guest parking on-site.

Love the amenities here at Parkline. Staff has been amazing so far - very friendly and helpful when I need something or have a question. Location seems to be great, lots to walk to.
