New Building, Growing Pains, Poor Management

Overall my experience as a penthouse resident here in Parkline Apartments has been poor. On the upside, the interior of the unit is top notch..new high end appliances, large space (2,200 sq ft, 3 bed/3.5 baths). The building is newer and my unit was brand new when I moved in. REPAIR ISSUES SHADES: The downside of being a resident here is a lot of what started as annoying inconveniences to situations that were much more serious. In order of escalation, the shades in the master, office and LR fell down when attempting to let down. The shades rolls weigh a few pounds each. Each time it fell, I was hit in the head. Left a small bump on my head MOISTURE: Moisture seeped in through the some of the windows creating a small pool of water on the interior of the unit PACKAGE DELIVERY SYSTEM: The software is "spotty". Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. It makes getting packages a little more cumbersome. COMMON AREAS: The Pool /Jacuzzi are closed frequently for repair/maintenance. The gym is on the smaller side. The only leg equipment is the squat bar. There are 1-2 complimentary computers, often without working mouses. The device controlling the TV's in the common areas is frequently on the blink. PARKING: Management mixed up parking spaces for residents and/or allowed maintenance staff to park in paid resident spaces. For me, this caused significant hardship as my car was vandalized by another resident due to the parking space mix up. I parked where management instructed me to park. The other resident was given the same space. The other resident took matters into their hands. Management did little to the other resident that I could see to thwart the residents aggressive behavior MANAGEMENT: Though much fuss is made of the "perks" of being a penthouse resident by Parkline, it's management does little to actually live out this talk. The units are expensive and spacious. However the caliber of management here is poor. CONCIERGE/FRNT DESK: GREAT
