No trash chute is a major inconvenience that i believed was standard practice in Chicago

Pretty good overall, maintenance is hard to get ahold of and laundry is a pain, always breaking down. Building is quiet and relatively clean.

Nice building with spacious units in a great area. Only complaint is that maintenance requests will sit outstanding for months (even if listed as high priority) and several washers and dryers in the shared laundry room are out of service at all times. Overall i would still recommend the building but there are definitely important areas that can/should be improved upon.
