Building upkeep

The building upkeep has drastically took a downturn in recent months. Hallway walls marked up and damaged. Ie chunks taken out on corners, wall corner guards torn off, floors unswept for days, trash, stains on carpet ( around elevators and 411 elevators). easy paint touch ups on amenity floor hallway columns. Maintenance outside. Bike racks in disrepair with partial stolen bikes still attached. Trees not trimmed in summer months (low hanging). Seems there should be regular inspection of all property on a regular weekly basis. Floors and outside.

Love the bldg!

Parking is very high up for someone who has to use their car every day for work before the sun rises and way after it sets. Also not good for those of us that get dizzy. Everything else is absolutely wonderful.

New Security / Cleaning

Overall we love the building, however the new security is lacking and the neon letters on the outside of the building have been out for months. Moving into a new unit in March despite these things, but with all the change the building has been different and not as well maintained.
