I have been here for less than 12 months! Overall it is a great place to live with easy access to the city, amenities in the building are great, though the maintenance requires bit of an uplift

I've lived in the building since 2019. The building was flawless. It smelled amazing when I walked in, music was always so good, the fire was going, the place was spotless. The front staff felt like family. They weren't on their phones or miserable. Security was everywhere. I felt so protected when I was out back at night. The basement amenity spaces felt thoughtful as well maintained. The roof always had something going on. The grills worked great, music was on, landscape was stunning. Now in 2026 it feels all forgotten. It has no soul. The only soul I feel is when I enter my apartment because the space I've made it. I only stay because I love my apartment. Roberts is amazing but the hall going there is pathetic. I have no idea how he isn't out of his mind or the health inspector hasn't questioned the wicked smell of track being so close to his pick up window. Please bring back the old lofts!
