we stayed at the facility for last 5 years and no issue, prompt to fix any problem and quite atmospher,along with good staff available all the time.

I love living at The Morgan. I don't particularly look for much in the way of amenities and benefits, but I came to the Morgan for 2 reasons: my partner was interested and I'd heard good things from someone I knew. For me personally, I most appreciate cost efficiency and people taking responsibility in their work. My previous place was cost effective but the management wasn't great. The staff at The Morgan really seem to care about the tenants, they are all friendly and considerate; I can't say ENOUGH nice things about them, especially the front desk staff. Maintenance requests are dealt with very quickly (a few days AT MOST). Mandy is positive, professional, and always responds quickly or as soon as she's available. The amenities have grown on me and taking my work out to the roof on a warm day is one of the more unexpectedly joyful elements. The Street noise can be a problem at times on the east side of the building but you get used to it (barring the occasional subwoofer or loud engine). The west side is much quieter - If your sensitive to sound, opt for a higher floor and away from the street if possible... It's so nice to live somewhere where you're treated with such respect and kindness. We love it here.
