While the maintenance, cleaning, and other building staff are friendly, hard-working, and welcoming, my experience with management has been disappointing. The property manager can come across as rude and unapproachable, which does not create a welcoming environment for residents. There are also occasional odor issues near the package room that appear to be related to a staff member and impact the resident experience. The pool has been drained since winter and is still closed in June, going to July. Despite many amenities being unavailable, residents continue paying the same fees without any credit or adjustment. The elevators maintain an average wait time of 5 minutes and are frequently out of service, which can be frustrating and concerning for those living on higher floors. There are also frequent late-night noise disturbances from residents and their guests. That said, I still like the building and it has great potential!

From the moment you walk in, the experience feels elevated. The lobby is always clean, modern, and welcoming, with staff who are consistently professional and attentive. Management is responsive and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a huge difference when it comes to maintenance requests or general concerns—they get handled quickly and without hassle.
