From the moment you walk in, the experience feels elevated. The lobby is always clean, modern, and welcoming, with staff who are consistently professional and attentive. I have lived here for three and a half years, and whenever they switched over the management and security at this building it all fell apart. The pool has been closed for two months and we just found out it's another 16 weeks. The laundry has doubled since I moved in, and the staff barely acknowledge you, let alone want to help you. Finding out now my rent payment has jumped $30 without any sort of notice

will have a 24/7 vent noise in your apartment but other than that its a great place to live

The apartment has a great location; however, it is very loud, and the windows are not seal enough so you can hear the noise in the street. In addition, you can hear sometimes if they neighbors are doing/causing obnoxious noises, you can hear them talk, you can hear them having issues, like you are living with them too. Walls are incredibly thin, I don't even think they used enough drywall or something.

Management really bad. Elevator and amenities are worse. Not a well maintained building. Safety is a whole other issue. Better options out there.
