Unreliable Staff
This property is not managed well in any way shape or form. The staff here do not care about the residents to any capacity. I unfortunately live under the 8th floor common room which is supposed to close at 11PM, yet people still go in there and make an insane amount of noise including dropping pool balls on the barely existent thin floors all night. I have an email threads of over 20 emails since June complaining about this issue and asking for upper management contact info and no one has even replied. I genuinely wish I never moved to this place as they do not care about their tenants.
