I love my apartment and my floor. Over the years many of the employees and residents are like family. The new system of rent payment and questions are not always clear. Maintenance service is slow a hallway light on my floor has been out for two weeks. Riley use of AI may be efficient for management but it certainly does not work for me.

Regents could be a nice place to live, but customer service and property manager are pathetic! Takes forever to get a work order done and I am still waiting to be compensated for a broker washer and dryer!!!! Rent is just too high for these subpar apartments!!!

Whats the use in having a office in the building. If when you go ask for assistance. They act completely unconcerned and tell you to call another number. The attitudes and uselessness for a resident services office, is unacceptable
