Dear Pavilion Management Team,I am writing to formally address several ongoing issues that are significantly impacting my quality of life here at The Pavilion. While I initially had a great experience, the living conditions and adherence to community rules have deteriorated. I request your prompt attention to the following concerns:Lease Violations and Overcrowding: There has been a noticeable increase in unauthorized occupants living in the building. This overcrowding is unfairly driving up shared utility costs (water and sewer) for lawful tenants.Pool Maintenance: For the past week, water has been constantly running into the pool. This is highly concerning as it wastes water and inflates the utility bills charged back to tenants. Please investigate and repair this issue immediately.Unregistered Pets: I am frequently seeing pets in the building that are not registered. Furthermore, I have overheard discussions indicating that some residents are actively bypassing pet registration. Stricter enforcement is needed.Maintenance Response: I have experienced submitted maintenance tickets being closed out by the system without any actual repairs being completed. While management was helpful in escalating a ticket from last year, routine service requests should be addressed properly the first time.Parcel Room Security: The package room in Building 41 has become highly disorganized. Non-residents are reportedly using our address for deliveries, resulting in my personal packages going missing too frequently.Parking and Accessibility: Vehicles are consistently left parked in front of Building 41 for extended periods. This blocks crucial access for parents with strollers, the elderly, and individuals using wheelchairs or walkers.I value my residency here but expect these issues to be addressed so we can maintain a safe, clean, and fair community. Please let me know the timeframe for resolving the running water in the pool and addressing the building's security and maintenance.
