Meets My Needs

I've lived here 3 years and although there's been an increase in rent; it has been fair and definitely lower than other comparable apartments in the surrounding area. Yes, it's an older complex, but staff have always been courteous to me and take care of maintenance calls. Property is family-friendly and neighbors are multi-cultural which is a good thing.

Great Place to Live

I just moved in three weeks ago and I absolutely love the neighborhood, my apartment is spacious, and there is a sufficient amount of greenery on the property. The playground with picnic tables is in a safe location away from the parking lot and there are enough garbage dumpsters for the number of tenants and it is routinely emptied. Luz and Raisa at the leasing office were incredibly nice to work with as well. I highly recommend this community - Somerpoint Apartments, Marietta, GA.

Interesting place to live

Lived here for a few months and first apt had water damage. And it took 3 months to move me out. Office seems to lack communication with corproare. Its a roof overhead but no real amenties and dated properties.
