Maintenance

Constantly different property managers. Energenh requests not being prioritized. Office never opens on time and irs almost impossible to get someone on the phone

Meets My Needs

I've lived here 3 years and although there's been an increase in rent; it has been fair and definitely lower than other comparable apartments in the surrounding area. Yes, it's an older complex, but staff have always been courteous to me and take care of maintenance calls. Property is family-friendly and neighbors are multi-cultural which is a good thing.
