Crestmont apartments review

Lovely place, ive been here for a while safe neighborhood. A lot of Families live here so the noise level is quiete. Close to the highway and barrett parkway for amenities. I wish we had a gym and lastly i wish the grounds were better. The lawn care compsny takes great care of the front but the back is under kept

My opinion

I honeslty do love living here. I just moved in and crestmont has treated me very well. The maintenance requests have been iffy on responses but i love it here the people are awesome and the management is awesome.

Intrusive maintenance

I honestly hate living here because of the maintenance staff, constantly entering the home unannounced. Rekeyed my door without my knowledge and my family was locked out! My mail is never delivered properly. Office staff won’t notify you if usps delivered a package to them. Came to replace filter that they didn’t have in stock and never returned to replace it! Took apart main shower and never returned to clean or replace shower head! Shower makes noises when in use since being replaced!
