Llevo viviendo 1 mes aproximadamente, el lugar es tranquilo, las casas estan muy bien ubicadas, con buen espacio, vista, es tranquilo, he tenido problemas de mantenimiento y algunas cosas alrededor del edificio donde vivo.

The installations, TVs and some appliances are old and there are some broken and rusty things on the windows, shower door of the bathrooms.

The location of the property is beautiful but the communication with Management and Corporate is the worst. Paid extra for a garage and was unable to utilize the garage the entire stay here due to not having a garage opener. Mentioned it to Corporate and Management and nothing was done. Was only given one key to the apartment when my husband and I both work different hours. A lot of other issues as well. If management and corporate’s communication was better I would consider and recommend leasing here but until then I would recommend another property.
