One-time pet fees $400

Monthly pet rent $20

Pet limit 2 allowed. Pet fee may be applicable per pet. Pet rent may be applicable per pet, per month. Please contact office for more information. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed, which include Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers. Dogs that have been mixed with an aggressive breed are not allowed either. We allow 2 pets per apartment.  There is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month. RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening information at the time of application. *We participate in Pet DNA testing to help keep our community clean!  Please contact the Management office for more information.

I’ve been living here since 2019, and unfortunately I will be leaving soon. My time living in Inverness has been splendid compared to apartments I have lived in while stationed elsewhere.

I have been here a year and am totally satisfied with the staff, maintenance, and serenity. Never a parking issue. Pool is never crowded. I have a townhouse style apartment with a patio and it is wonderful.

I have been in this community for eight years. The area is convenient to all shopping and eating places. Its very quiet and especially clean. Staff are friendly and quick to respond to your needs. The luxer box has been a nice upgrade for packages.
