We allow 2 pets per apartment.  There is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month.  There is a weight restriction of 50 lbs. per pet at this community. RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening information at the time of application. *We participate in Pet DNA testing to help keep our community clean!  Please contact the Management office for more information.

A Great Place to Call Home!

My mom and I have lived in the apartment going on 3 years. The upkeep is still the same from when we first lived in the community in 2008. The location is PERFECT. Literally everything is up the street and you could walk if necessary. The community has so much to offer from the amenities to the rewards program to the lease renewal rewards. Neighbors and staff are very friendly. Overall it's a great place to call home!
