Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed, which include Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers. Dogs that have been mixed with an aggressive breed are not allowed either. We allow 2 pets per apartment. There is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month. There is a weight restriction of 50 lbs. per pet at this community. RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening information at the time of application. *We participate in Pet DNA testing to help keep our community clean! Please contact the Management office for more information.

I am enjoying my stay. However, I would greatly appreciate it if staff could address slamming the front door as also for one of the noise disturbances during quiet hours. During quiet hours of 4-5 am, 10 pm, and even 12 am, the front doors has been shut so hard that the loud noise has disturbed my sleep multiple times, even my room shakes because of how hard the door was shut. I would appreciate if this can be addressed to just be considerate of those sleeping at those hours.

This has to be one of the best places to live in Columbus. The residents are great and the staff are exceptional. Selena is the sweetest and most professional person I have ever met. She always has a smile and positive greetings for everyone. The maintenance staff are also awesome!!!! I have never had to wait more then 25 hours to have a maintenance requet completed. The grounds are expertly manicured and always clean. All the onsite amenities are a super convenient and a big plus to loving here… I Am definitely here for the long run!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
