Not worth it

I live in the very front of yhe complex in building 3600 EVERY SINGLE STORM that hits knocks only my and one other building’s power out . Just not a good feeling seeing everyone else in the complex doing perfectly fine when the wheather gets bad but we seemingly have to struggle. In the first 4 months of 2025 there have been 6-8 “emergency water shut offs” i got off of working outside all fay and had to figure out how i was going to be able to bathe. This is also just my building with this issue and these issues never get reconciled. I personally wouldn’t recommend paying the amout money i pay in rent to live here it would better spemt elsewhere.

Great place to begin your journey in Columbus!

Absolutely perfect spot! Near the shopping areas off exit 12, about 20 minutes from Fort Moore, and the overall amenities at Grand Reserve are luxurious!

Increase of rent

Our rent went up almost $400 , that was alot of money. We love it here but $1900+ for rent maybe with the new renovations we should at least become a gaited community
