Increase of rent
Our rent went up almost $400 , that was alot of money. We love it here but $1900+ for rent maybe with the new renovations we should at least become a gaited community

I’ve been here since 04/2021, I LOVE MY APARTMENT. My only complaint is how my rent went from $1549 (water and cable included) to OVER $1900 a month (water and cable NOT included) that was an EXTREME INCREASE
