Bell Vinings

My experience living here at Bell Vinings has been a pretty swift and easygoing experience. My time on the fourth floor was quiet, and peaceful. The balconies are lovely. The only gripe has been unexpected fire alarm trips, and the gate being left open occasionally. Otherwise the apartments are clean, and mostly affordable. Staff is excellent at responding to their tenants when something is needed. LaRaven and Chris are a great and lively duo for the front office that brightens the place up.

Only issue is people letting dogs poo poo outside of the dog area and not cleaning behind them this is becoming a bit too much for me

SubParb At Best....LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING

We have lived here for over 2 years. The level of care and attention that goes into GETTING YOU IN HERE as an occupant, DRASTICALLY DECLINES once you are a resident. Recently I literally walked downstairs and stood in the lobby, watched as RAVEN so eloquently walked RIGHT by me with a new"POTENTIAL" resident couple...looked me right in the face and not so much as a "Hello"...."We will be right with you" or "How can I be of service". When you need anything (BESIDES MAINTENANCE) you may as well be sure you dont need a REPLY or help RIGHT AWAY, because it will be at least 5 to 7 business days before anyone ever replies....OH BUT LET THEM NEED SOMETHING FROM YOU.....rest assured your emails will OVERFLOW with the outpour of REPETTITIVE THREATS. Oh and I asked for assistance with a storage unit over 6 months ago Im STILL waiting on "Raven" to get back with me since she was extremely busy that day. Its also become quite embarassing for us to have company as our hallway, garage area and apartment reeks of mariauana!!! It comes through our vents so strong its RIDICULOUS! The "NEW" management has spent LOTS & LOTS of money in making the OUTWARD appearance "FLASHY" in order to try and lure new residents...but TRUST ME WHEN I SAY....there is so much more (OR LESS) to this place than what meets the eye!! This will be our last year here as reisdents we have definitely worn out our welcome.
