Minor adjustments would make this a great community

I’ve enjoyed living here for the past year. Location is great, amenities are awesome and i love that the community is continuing to grow with new businesses. However, i do have a few qualms about Sentral. The fire alarm is always going off, almost always a false alarm. It’s a nucance and sparks questions regarding security and safety. It great to know it works and is in good condition, however, if something were to actually happen the entire building would pay it no mind. It is also a huge distraction for someone that works from home and takes corporate calls. Concierge does not always let your guest directly up to your unit which have caused guests and food delivery to get lost in the building if they are not walked to the correct elevator. We have a new package delivery I am not too fond of. They knock on your door then walk away if you don’t answer the door quick enough causing a distraction then having you come down to grab your package anyway, which defeats the purpose. All minor issues, specifically the alarm has me on the fence about renewing my lease.
