nice place, lots wrong with the apartment upon arrival
The no-carpet is great, the cabinets are updated and nice, the neighbors are very nice. It was very disappointing to move into an apartment with so much wrong with it off the bat, especially for how much i'm paying monthy. a list is: Slashed AC unit, leaking AC unit, broken lint trap in dryer, kitchen light not working, kitchen outlets not working, garbage disposal not working, padio door not working, the dryer unit was pulled out of the closet and left there and forgotten about. most of these things were fixed.. now that is is the end of the month. Maintenance guys were awesome! I wish my landlord told them all of these issues when they said they did (they never did the maintenance people only knew when i put in the request but i was told they were told about all of these things, and apparently there was an inspection, but the only time any of these things were addressed is when I put in a maintenance order. irritating i wish i was just told to do that instead of calling, emailing, and coming into the office for updates and being continually disappointed
Cranes Landing is the BEST!
I just moved into Cranes Landing yesterday, and I've had the absolute best experience so far. The office staff is amazing and everyone has been incredibly helpful with the entire process!
Things Have Changed
I’ve lived at cranes landing almost 5 years. I like the the location and the staff have been very helpful however the tenants have become noisy and messy. Specifically my neighbors are pigs. They leave garbage outside their door all of the time, their dog barks all day and all night which is very annoying. The tenant above me has a child that jumps up and down in the floor all evening as well so there is no such thing as peace and quite in my own apartment. This will be my last year at cranes landing, can’t deal with the lack of consideration anymore.
