Maitland City Centre

Love living here. I've been here roughly 2 years now. Parking is a non-issue, maintenance and front office staff are fantastic. I work from home and a good number of folks in this building do as well. There are a lot of places to co-work here - an actual co-work space, the lobby/common area, a beautiful covered courtyard, and I sometimes also work from the roof by the pool where they have shaded areas. I've had no issues with things in my unit here either. I will say the only thing to be mindful of is outside noise. I've never really had any issue hearing my neighbors, but the outside noise can be a little annoying if you're sensitive to that, but also, this complex is at a super busy intersection, so thats a given if your unit is facing 17-92. My unit faces the brick street which is super cute bc I have a park view and get to watch the sunset and farmers market downstairs. The city has monthly events in certain seasons and the Downtown Getdown is just not my vibe...the music is LOUD, and often times, not great (LOL) and overlaps with work time, so it gets hard those afternoons if I'm working. Delivery trucks also come in daily and the train comes by pretty often too. The city noises take a bit of getting used to if you're more of a suburb person, but its nothing intolerable, given the perks of living here and overall vibe. I'm only moving because I'm looking for a larger space for myself and my 90lb belgian mal.

In just the short time I have been here, it is by far the best move I've made. The spaces, amenities and value are competitive. It is quiet, with so much to do in the area. The location is the best in Maitland, and the people are very friendly.

Maitland City Centre is the best apartment community I have lived in! The amenities are fantastic, the location is great, and the staff is extremely friendly. It's close to all the popular areas in the city, and the immediate area is extremely walkable for groceries, restaurants, and even banks and the post office. I could not imagine living in a different apartment community than Maitland City Centre.

4 years here now. It's generally quiet but with activities in the area every now and then. Good places to eat around. Grocery and drugstore nearby. Lakes to walk around in the area. Excellent gym, mingle room, mail room. Property is maintained but there are some things that are not doen quickly.

The MCC is like a hotel resort with a pool, 2 gyms, yoga class every Thursdays, a fire pit in the courtyard, 2 barbeque grills and eating tables, a patio with porch swings, a mingle and game room. It has restaurants like Outpost, Boku Sushi, Sanford Brewery, 407 Gelato, Starbuck's and the Sandwich place on the ground floor plus there are other eateries like McDonald's and restaurants nearby like Luke's and Antonio's. Almost everything is walking distance from it: Publix, Walgreens, banks, the post office, the mail station for UPS, FedEx and DHL, Ace HW, Dunkin Donuts, and other places to eat. For shopping, Marshall's, TJMaxx, Nordstrom Rack, Ross, Michael's and others are within 2 miles. It's 10-12 minutes from downtown Orlando. It's a great place to live at !!!

This is a fantastic place to live. The Location is great - it's a perfectly walkable area with almost everything you'd need within a .5 to 1 mile radius (grocery store, banks, restaurants, Walgreens, 3 gyms, etc.). The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and they immediately address any concerns you bring up. The parking spaces in the garage are a good size, and there's always open spots. The Noise is about what you'd expect for this type of building. There's always live music (bands/musicians with speakers) right outside which you would only hear on one side of the building, and the other side does have some road noise, but you get used to it especially with how central this location is. The amenities are great and always upkept. The whole building gets good natural light, and it feels new and modern. Every day it feels like a vacation or resort, and I would recommend this to anyone.
