Great location, living on property for 7-8years. Hallway and trash room on the second floor needs better attention. Discounts for loyal customer should apply. Staff handling issues can be better, have been trying to resolve noise complaints from apartment above for a few weeks and it was not been resolved as yet.

Price keeps going up and service getting worst, took almost 2 1/2 weeks to respond to a damage microwave only after calling a few times, putting in second request, etc... Garbage room continues to always smell. Hallway does not smell like first floor hallway. Living here 7 years and rent goes up each year - show consider loyalty discounts - actively looking for new location before lease ends.
