Beautiful, but need improvement

I have lived here since october, 2022. What I like the most is a beautiful property and the location is amazing. Publix is right at the end of the block. What I dont like is ; it is extremely difficult to have any packages to be delivery to my apartment. And i have complaint about this issue to the office without any luck. To get into this building you need a key access for the elevator as well as the stairways to get in. It is extremely secure which is excellent. The residence apatrtment start the 3rd floor. One major issue that i have found is my upstair nieghbor plays music everyday the whole day from 8am-10:30 and sometime to 11 or 12am. I have call the police and compliant about my upstair and im told i must let me office know. I have with no luck. Theres only 1 person to do maintence for the whole building. He is excellent and he try his best. Would i reccomend this apartment complex. It sad to say this but no. I move here in October and less then a year my rent has gone up. I have been looking for a new place to live. PS visitor parking is difficut to find and confusing

My review at Uptown Maitland

Our experience with our maintenance guy is excellent beyond words. Alex goes above & beyond for his tenants. He truly deserves recognition, pay raise, & a hefty bonus for all he does in the complex. He's knowledgeable, professional, & a responsible person. We love the roomy & comfortable apartment. The downfall is my upstairs neighbors that are very noisy & inconsiderate of others. They fight late at night, excessive noise, banging & have been detrimental to our peace & quiet.

Great place to live

I moved in to uptown maitland senior community 01/07/2014 and I am currently living here in 2022. I love my apartment and the convenience of Publix grocery store and pharmacy that is close to where I live. Maintenance issues are attended to immediately. A clubhouse, indoor gym, indoor mailroom, and a trash compactor that is located in the indoor parking garage is provided for our convenience. The building is a security building providing locked entry door with a call box located for reaching the residents for family members, friends, deliveries. This is a great place to live and many residents to meet and greet. To sum it all up, I am thankful to be living in Uptown Maitland that is pet friendly and meets all of our needs.
