We've lived here for a year now. Pros: The neighborhood is fantastic for walking, with convenient access to restaurants and grocery stores. The maintenance team and staff are friendly and responsive. Cons: There’s often trash in the walkways or overflowing at the trash compactor. It would be helpful to have assigned parking since it's sometimes hard to find a spot near our place. More covered parking or garages would also be a nice addition.
