poorly maintained property

everything is very old! AC consumes a lot of power, leading to a very high electricity bill. Few days ago, the balcony fell off!! How dangerous?! and they just patched it up with two pieces of wood only! It should have been renovated fully. One time water heater burst out flooding the house. Though it was fixed the next day which was good. Had to go through back and forth for many issues regarding the unit which was very tiring. The swimming pool is closed for many days and not sure when this will open. Besides, the laundry machines are very old and does not work properly.
