I have been residing at this property since March. One of the first things that you will learn if you decide to move here, you are a priority until you have settled in. Once you are in, you become just another number. The property looks great. The amenities are nice as well. Location, great spot. Those are the Pros' to residing at this property. Some of the cons. No Valet trash, like we were told there would be. Parking, HORRID. You have to pay for your decal to have a vehicle(s) here. If you want to have visitors over, they have to PAY as well, hourly or you have to pay for a parking pass, ($50). That is only for 1 though. anything after that, there is an hourly charge rate. The thing about that though is that it is done when it is convenient. They have a shady vehicle TOW operation taking place here. They have a guy come in and walk around looking at the vehicles on property. If your decal is not visible on the rear, they call the trucks to come in. They sneak in the rear gate, then tow your vehicles. If you have cash, you can get it back right away! GO figure. Even if the decal is being displayed in the windshield and clearly visible, they still will tow it. They property is probably getting a cut for vehicles towed. I have spoken with NUMEROUS people here who have had their vehicles towed. Very unfortunate. There are also fees on top of fees for water, etc. Water Charge, Water Tax, Water Base Charge ($16+) Then there is always the Admin fee Then Sewer charge, Sewer Tax, and a Sewer Base ($18+) Every Month. Rinse and Repeat Whenever you call to try and speak with someone, you are told to call back or they will return your call. That does not happen at all. When you call back, your calls then get ignored. This is the management that we are dealing with. If you would like to see more reviews, check out Google or Yelp reviews. Some of the Apartment guides also have reviews. Make sure you do your research before signing a lease.

I am a new tenant. Nidia is wonderful ! I walked in not expecting to apply that day I was touring different apartments but Nidia’s customer service was great ! not to mention the community is beautiful.
