Pay attention!

I have been living here since 2018. I like my apartment and despite all the inconveniences I am used to this area, but there are several things that I want to tell you about. It seems to me that the services are not being fulfilled for the rent that is paid. Charging for parking is ridiculous. I have seen a man who has several cars and rents a garage and none of his cars have stickers. Little lighting in the streets, and in the buildings. We have been several days without the security entrance working. And I particularly want to make once again the complaint of the man from garage 64 o 69 who arrives at different times of the day and plays his music loud. and several times I have made the complain and apparently nothing happens with this annoying situation.I think only some residents follow the rules, and those who don't have no consequences!
