Trees at the back need some trimming, while fallen leaves from trees are not always cleaned up or can stay for days obstructing. Seems also that many dog owners do not clean after their pets and no attention is given to that.

We have lived here for over 6 years mainly for the location. Some areas can get some attention like 1) garbage disposal area including the door and the smell, 2) covered parking has leaks right over our car, 3) walking trail has less maintenance including grown trees at the very back of the community and also next to AMLI, 4) call box code not working even after reporting and visiting lease office several times.

Overall its a very nice place to live in, apsrtment is comfortable, amenities are good and location is unbeatable. The staff, is efficient and very responsive.
