Much to be desired
I've lived in these apartments for over 7 years, and in that time, the management has changed hands three times. Each time, promises were made about amenities that would be provided, but those promises were never kept. Dogs are allowed to roam the grounds off-leash, and their owners don't clean up after them. In addition, motorcycles and cars race through the complex without regard for the safety of the residents and children. Police activity has increased due to certain elements that for the most part have moved out. Garbage disposal needs to be improved upon. Maintenance is okay, considering all the changes to the staff that have been made. We don't know who is who to let in our apartment, and that is not good. Entrance doors to our front door apartment have been broken and not repaired, which is not good for our safety. Over all a descent place to live as long as the residence keep their noise inside their apartment and not on the patio. Who wants to hear what you have to say "is my question." Garbage blowing around and on the grass is not presentable especially when inviting friends and relatives over for a visit. Let's get it together people. Constant turnover in residents is not good neither, all due to rent hikes, non-communication to the residents when changes are to be made. No introduction of NEW Staff members which to me is crucial, but not being done. Security of some sort needs to be provided or residents need to take action when things get out of hand that effect their comfortable means of living.
