Very congested location
I have lived here for over 5 years. This location has blown up and gotten way too congested! Some days it takes 10 minutes just to pull out pf the parking lot. There isnt any green space to walk your dog. Poorly lit at night time. Residents in general dont really care about property. A lot of liter, blasting music & overall unfriendly vibe. Overpriced for what you get.

We have been here for over two years. Staff is very accomodating. Maintenance people are great. Parking is sometimes an issue. I wish the grounds looked better and the gym was maintained.

Truly enjoying this beautiful place! The front office and maintenance staff are incredible! Never have to wait long for maintenance to fix whatever problem needs their attention! Having a garage with some storage space is the best! My studio apartment is exactly what I needed and love having a full size washer & dryer! I will say there are three challenges that I have faced while living here: getting into the complex (lots of traffic), the gate code box not always working properly and parking can be challenging at times. No place will ever be perfect, but Tortuga Point sure comes REALLY close! Gotta love the ping pong table in the Cabana!
