Upon completion of the PetScreening.com Profile, a Fido Score will be generated for each pet. The Fido Score determines the pet's acceptance and the applicable pet fees. Max of 2 pets allowed. Pet(s) combined weight may not exceed 50 lbs and requires a $400 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Additional $25 monthly pet rent fee per pet.  Aggressive Breed Restrictions Apply. I have lived here for 2+ years I like the fact that it is centralized to shopping centers/groceries stores. The office manager is great. Maintenance Crew is always on site and dependable. Highly Recommended
