Why Renters Love It Here
No maintenance
Hard to get anything fix, poor maintenance team that comes in your apartment not speaking any English. You’ll be lucky if someone even shows up to fix the problem. understaffed over work equals bad customer service.
Nice environment
It’s homely however get annoyed with the trash that’s been placed around area by other neighbors. Not kool at all
A WORK IN PROGRESS
I have been a resident for quite a while. There has been a lot of turnover in that time. Some good, some bad. My complaint is getting in touch with the staff. More often than not, the phone goes unanswered with no call backs. It's easier to take care of maintainennce issues verses submitting a work order as it's hit or miss with getting a timely response. There are times where I've submitted a ticket to go back into my account and see that the service was completed. The problem, no one ever came out. In my opinion, it's a work in progress.

Things could be a lot better with improved staff and amenities promised when leased was signed.
This is not a place I would recommend at this point
Because it has a big change in the apartment’s maintenance not taking their stuff as they finish the area doing work, the outside of the apartments are nasty,grass is half mowed,.and call for maintenance we can never the work orders done it be months at a time when its done.
