The location is nice. I love how safe I feel in the environment. The peace and quiet of the atmosphere is awesome. The size of the apartment rooms are okay too, however, there is no kitchen space. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary commodities: fridge, stove, microwave etc., which I am glad to have, but there is no space or counter for movements or proper usage. For a tenant who prefers her own home cooked meals, not having the space or ability to move in the kitchen area without risking serious injuries, is detrimental. Even trying to access the contents in the refrigerator, is quite a risky task. The other thing is maintenance. If I would fail to recommend this complex as a place to live, it is because of issues with poorly maintained structures, commodities, equipment. Sadly, every issue I have had to call for maintenance, have not been repaired satisfactorily, except for malfunctioned items that have been replaced, such as the microwave, the washer and the dryer, the other issues I have placed work orders about, have been improperly or poorly repaired and remain as issues. The complex is beautiful, I love the landscape, it is really nice to be able to take a stroll in the complex and feel relaxed and safe. Please do something about the landscape and ground maintenance team who instead of raking up leaves, blows every debris, dust and dry leaves and twigs onto our vehicles in the parking spaces. This is very unacceptable. There are already too many oak trees shedding everything onto our vehicles, we should not have to deal with added dirt and dust being blown and lodged onto our vehicles. Overall, I am enjoying living and am glad to be a resident.
