Issues

Lots of noise…slamming doors. Neighbor leave trash out in bag all night and possums get in it and make a mess! Also gas grills never work!

Not worth your money

I have lived here over three years. I must say the outside looks really nice. The inside the appliances is falling apart. I have cracks in my ceiling, a friend of mine who live in the back of the complex have termites in her apartment and Office said that nothing they can’t do about it basically The office staff is not friendly at all. They will be when you sign your lease, but after you sign your lease, they act like they don’t have nothing to say to you. They barely speak, they come in and do a botch up job fixing anything,I’m looking for somewhere else to live ASAP. I will not recommend this apartment complex to nobody the gate has been broke since I lived here. It works once every four months no joke so don’t be fooled by the pretty outside in the landscaping that’s all they take pride in they always accuse you of breaking things in the apartment They never take accountability for nothing.

Oustanding Service

I first and foremost want to thank the whole entire team on this property for delivering what they promised in the lease. They took the time to hire quality people who truly care about tenants despite the difficult circumstances of overcoming two 100 year hurricanes. The same people have been here for the time that I have been a tenant. I am currently on my second lease here, and I am extremely pleased. The whole team is fantastic here, and I just want to express my gratitude for truly owning the situation with transparency and getting things right the first time. It definitely carries weight, and I will renew next year when the time comes unless a work situation requires me to move because of how truly blessed I feel. Keep up the solid work. It makes a difference.

Wonderful New Apartment

I am amazed at how beautiful my new to me apartment is. I just moved in 2 months ago, have had nothing but great experiences with the leasing office, maintenance staff, and management. I read reviews from others and wonder what property they are writing reviews based on? From day one, I have had a couple minor requests for the maintenance staff, they are timely, and the leasing office is always very nice to the residents on the phone, and in person. Based on my experience, new carpet upon move-in, the appliances are not brand new, but new enough, they all match. Plenty of ample parking spaces and laundry facilities reasonably priced to do my laundry onsite. I lived downtown St. Pete for 10 years in the same studio apartment, and got tired of homeless people walking around, having to fight for my parking spot, none of that here. We all park in plenty of parking spaces, the amenities are nice, although I honestly never use them, but they are available. For the area, the prices are great, the staff does the very best to maintain and upkeep the property and the leasing office staff and manager are wonderful people. I would say at least take a tour.
