Things that need to be done.

Tennis court lights still not working, dog park still doesn't have night lights all around, pool and barbecue grill power outlet still not working, after two years while the rent keeps going up on each tenant which the property management has more than enough money and time to have these little things fix.

Great spot!

My boyfriend, son, & I moved here in July of 2021 and have loved every minute of it! CONS: Typical maintenance issues (fridge,dishwasher,etc), floors weren’t level, poor paint and repair job when we moved in, there is one basketball hoop & it is way too high to enjoy, squirrels and cats attack our trash often PROS: The amenities!!! There are many fun things to do (it feels like you’re on vacation) plus everyone is so friendly! It’s also in the PERFECT location! 15 minutes to downtown St Pete and 15-20 minutes to Tampa. The maintenance is usually quick and the office staff has been super helpful. Overall we love it here and would definitely recommend it to a friend!

Clean and friendly

The units are kept up and I like my apartment but the new neighbors above me are extremely noisy and run around their unit at all hours. I've started my second year at Isles and am pleased with everything else. Especially the customer service. The parking area is very dark at night due to the over growth of tree limbs blocking the lights, but that can be fixed.
