Great living in Downtown St Pete
Love all the amenities and staff! There are great places to work in the building. The pool is great and the Penthouse has great views! Always a friendly staff and prompt maintenance fufillment!

Hermitage is a great place to live. The staff are always great, amenities are incredible, and there are always events going on for residents.
Great Place!
We signed a lease this past month and moved from Ft Myers to Downtown St Pete, and we love it! The staff at the Hermitage has been great to work with. They are all very professional, their communication is clear, helpful, and they have top-notch follow-through. The amenities allow for living your best life inside the building, and the community outside the building is equally as wonderful. Inside you will find a beautiful rooftop pool, a library, and conference rooms that can be reserved for those important meetings, parties, and meet and greets that will leave you wondering how they get everything else done because every detail is thought out. The apartments are very nice, clean, and modern. There's much more, but I'll leave that for your tour. When we stopped in, we were looking to see if an apartment might even be something we'd consider in the future. By the time we wrapped up our tour with Kira, we couldn't wait to return to our house to pack up and move. This was not a high-pressure sale; we saw the benefit of moving to The Hermitage and becoming a part of the exciting, energetic community that St Pete is. We appreciate Kira taking the time to really show us everything. We walked in with many questions but only needed to ask a couple because everything was covered on the tour. Communication doesn't end after you move in. They will check in with you, ensure you receive information, and you will see them when they are working. Every single staff member is top-notch! They are the BEST! We have met many residents, and they are also fantastic. Like attracts like; we are blessed to be here.
