Love the location but i think the apt is still a bit overpriced for the area! Even the amentiies are a but cheap ex: pool chairs, shading by the pool, echolon bikes at the gym instead of peleton bikes etc

Wynwood bay used to fit the vibe, the neiborhood,, and the aesthetic with the beautiful, colorful artwork and now its sad & blue. The construction is a vibe kill bc it’s loud all day & has daylight bright lights all night.

The maintenance service here is average at best, often just meeting the minimum required standards. The promptness of their next-day service is commendable; however, the quality of work usually leaves much to be desired. A significant barrier to effective service has been the language issues, which have led to major communication problems and misunderstandings. For instance, upon moving in, I encountered a simple issue with a leaky showerhead that I had installed to accommodate my disability. Despite its simplicity, requiring just some tape, the maintenance staff refused to assist, citing that it was a personal item. Consequently, I had to resolve this issue myself. A more critical incident involved our AC/Heater unit, which appeared faulty even before we moved in. The maintenance solution was inadequate, involving leaving the fan and AC running continuously. This led to a substantial increase in our utility bills, which we were unaware of until a third-party maintenance worker, who communicated effectively in English, informed us. This issue might have remained unresolved if not for my presence at home and ability to communicate with the third-party worker. His inability to understand or communicate with our regular maintenance staff further highlighted the communication issues. I recognize that language differences are common in a diverse city like Miami. However, when these differences impede business operations and affect residents' comfort in accessing services, they become a significant concern. Improving communication and ensuring a basic understanding of each other's needs is essential for efficient maintenance services.
